RESOLUTION ON DISPOSITION OF COUNTY FARM PROPERTY
Resolution # l (o (q D)
WHEREAS, St. Croix County ceased dairy and farming operations in March, 1990;
and
WHEREAS, all cattle and most field equipment was sold; and
WHEREAS land, buildings and attachments used in the dairy and farming
operations continue to be owned by the County; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Board has determined the following are still
valuable: the main barn (barn #2) and its equipment; silos; grain bins; other miscellaneous
equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Board has determined that the following are of
little or no value: barn #1; granary; calf barn; hog house; machine shed; and the old cow
pen and calf barn;
NOW THEREFORE; -BE IT by -thc St. Croix Canty Board -of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that barn #1, the granary, calf barn, hog house,
machine shed and old cow pen and calf barn have salvageable materials removed from
them, if that can be done reasonably easily, and then destroyed.
