OF JOB COACH /COMMUNITY TRAINER

WHEREAS, prior to the August 14, 1990 session of the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, the Personnel Committee did not approve a request by the Human Services
Board for a Job Coach /Community Trainer position; and
WHEREAS, at the August 14, 1990 session information was presented indicating that
the tourist information center located on 1 -94 in Hudson and the laundry at the St. Croix
Health Center were closing, displacing 12 or 13 developmentally disabled sheltered
workshop employees; and
WHEREAS, these displaced employees may be able to be placed at other worksites
in the County with the assistance of a Job Coach /Community Trainer; and
WHEREAS, in light of the new information relating to the displaced employees, the
Personnel Committee reconsidered and approved the request for a Job Coach /Community
Trainer position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the permanent part -time position of Job
Coach /Community Trainer be and is hereby created, effective July 1, 1991.
