WHEREAS, land located in the Town of Cylon has been surveyed and platted for
a cemetery, and is more particularly described as follows:
First Addition to Calvary Cemetery located in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 18, Township 31 North, Range 16 West; and
WHEREAS, section 157.07, Wisconsin Statutes, requires the Board of Supervisors
to approve such plat; and
WHEREAS, the County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
reviewed the plat and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above - described plat be and is hereby
approved.
