WHEREAS, the Town of Troy has adopted a zoning ordinance,No. 90-2, which was
amended in October, 1990; and
WHEREAS, section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes, states that in counties having a
county zoning ordinance, no town zoning ordinance or amendment of a zoning ordinance
is effective unless approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
reviewed the proposed Town of Troy ordinance and recommends its approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the Town of Troy Ordinance Adopting Chapter
17 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance with Additional Restrictions on Use,amended
in October, 1990, be and is hereby approved.
