St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred in the office of St. Croix County Highway
Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 17.22, Wisconsin Statutes, the Board of Supervisors
shall fill a vacancy in the Highway Commissioner's office by appointment for a term which
shall expire the first Monday of January of the second year next succeeding the
appointment; and
WHEREAS, the Highway Committee has interviewed applicants and recommends
that Daniel J. Fedderly be appointed Highway Commissioner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that Daniel J. Fedderly is appointed St. Croix
County Highway Commissioner, e J ,t t ,9 for a term which expires on January
6, 1992.
