RESOLUTION # 7 (9)
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes Section 59.033 permits the
creation of an Office of County Administrator either by
Resolution of the County Board or by petition and referendum; and
WHEREAS, the creation of an Office of County Administrator
has been discussed, in part, by various County Board Supervisors
and County Committees; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that a study be conducted by the
Personnel Committee and the General Services Committee concerning
the possible creation of an Office of County Administrator in St.
Croix County, to determine whether or not the creation of such an
office would be in the best interest of St. Croix County,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that a study of the
possible creation of an Office of County Administrator for St.
Croix County be conducted by the Personnel Committee and the
General Services Committee of the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Committee shall make a
recommendation to the entire County Board of Supervisors
concerning the creation of an Office of County Administrator for
St. Croix County.
