WHEREAS, as quality of St. Croix County's Law Library
service is severely impacted by a need for more space; and
WHEREAS, as it is necessary to evaluate the Law Library to
determine how it may best serve the needs of those who practice
law in St. Croix County; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that an Ad Hoc Law
Library Study Committee be created.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the charge of the Committee
shall be to determine what research materials are necessary and
recommend improvements which can impact improved accessibility
and services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Board Chairman shall
appoint four (4) persons from the following areas of
responsibility to serve on said Committee:W
Circuit Judge
Corporation Counsel
District Attorney
1 Member from the local Bar
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a report will be made to the
County Board no later than the 1990 budget session in October.
