Resolution # 3 i
WHEREAS, St. Croix County acquired a one acre parcel of land
by tax deed in Section 14, Town of Hammond, on November 11, 1941;
and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the parcel is:
The East 2 rods of the SE quarter of the
SW quarter of Section 14, Township 29
North, Range 17 West.
and
WHEREAS, the parcel is suitable only as a waterway; and
WHEREAS, Holle Farms, Inc. is willing to accept ownership of
the parcel;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that a quit claim
deed be issued to Holle Farms, Inc. for the parcel described
above.
