AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990
Resolution # 347 (89)
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes Section 59.74(1) permits
counties to designate one or more banks, banking institutions, or
trust companies located in Wisconsin, as county depositories; and
WHEREAS, said Statute further provides that counties are
authorized to designate one or more of said financial
institutions as working banks within which all deposits shall be
active deposits; and
WHEREAS, the Finance, Budget, Building and Bond Committee of
the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors has advertised for bids
from St. Croix County financial institutions for the purpose of
designating one of which as a working bank for county active
deposits; and
WHEREAS, the Finance, Budget, Building and Bond Committee
has recently met and selected a bid of the Mid - America Bank of
Hudson, Wisconsin, as the County's working bank for active county
deposits for the fiscal year 1990.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the - Oma tea.
S��e Bank
of Hudson, Wisconsin, is hereby designated as the working bank
for all active deposits of county funds for the fiscal year 1990.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that during the fiscal year 1990, all
banks, banking institutions, trust companies, and savings and
loan associations located in Wisconsin, shall be designated as
county depositories within which may be deposited non - active
deposits of county funds.
