WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for
a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive, Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board, this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and reports its
recommendations to the County Board for action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Cemstone
Ready Mix; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval for the rezonement from Ag-
Residential to Industrial the following:
The E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16,
T3ON -R18W, Town of Richmond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, rezones the
above parcel from ag residential to Industrial.
