ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 5 3 st H)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of Bob
Wells, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in part of the NW; of the NW; of
Section 34, T31N -R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, further described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the NWT of the NW% of
above said section; thence west along the north line of the NW;
of the NW; of said section, 561 feet to the northeast corner of a
parcel described in Volume 503, Page 170, also being the point of
beginning; thence west, along said north line, 748 feet more or
less to the NW corner of said section; thence south, along the
west line of the NW; of the NW; of said section, 695 feet; thence
east, parallel to above said north line, 748 feet; thence north,
to the SE corner of said parcel as described in Volume 503, Page
170; thence north, along the east line of said parcel, 260 feet
to the point of beginning.
Parcel contains 12 acres more or less and is subject to all
easements of record and contains that parcel recorded in Volume
503, Page 170 at the St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office.
Note: The above described parcel was created for rezoning
purposes and may not be deeded as a separate land parcel.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is
now rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential.
