ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. • 1 64) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of Eugene Zimmerman, Brian Zimmerman and Barbara Zimmerman, with the following legal description: A parcel of land located in the NEI/ of the NWT and the NW' of the NEk of Section 26, T29N -R16W, Township of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Beginning at the Nk of said Section 26; thence S89 °46'17 "E along the north line of the NEk a distance of 197.08'; thence S0 °41'38 "W 34.60' to the southerly right -of -way line of 80th Avenue; thence easterly 142.00' along said right -of way also being the arc of a 533.91' radius curve concave southerly whose long chord bears S81 °41'10 "E 141.59'; thence S80 °01'09 "E 429.94' along said right -of -way line to the westerly right -of -way line of C.T.H. "D "; thence southerly 407.86' along said right -of -way line also being the arc of a 814.49' radius curve concave easterly whose long chord bears S6 °19'35 "W 403.61'; thence S8 °01'09 "E along said right -of -way line 436.64' to a point on the south line of the NWk of the NEk of said Section 26; thence N89 °52'27 "W along said line 346.54' to the SE corner of the NEk of the NWk of said Section 26; thence N89 °59'17 "W along the South line of the NEk of the NWk of said Section 26; thence N2 °36'15 "W 902.72' to a point on the south line of the Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 1 of Certified Survey Maps, Page 246; thence S90 °00'00 "E along said line 168.45' to the southeast corner of said Certified Survey Map; thence N0 °00'00 "W along the east line of said Certified Survey Map a distance of 412.50' to a point on the North line of the NWk of said Section 26; thence S90 °00'00 "E along said line a distance of 82.50' to the point of beginning. Contains 16.51 acres subject to 80th Avenue right -of -way as shown. Also subject to any and all additional easements, right -of -ways or conveyances of record. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agricultural to Ag. Residential.
