ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE •
REZONING LAND FROM
COMMERCIAL TO AG.— RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 34/ a4. (9\4)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
James Schwalen, with the following legal description:
That certain parcel of land located in Government Lot 4 of
Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 18 West, Town of Warren, St.
Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows;
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 28; thence N
88 °30'05 "W (assumed bearing on the East /West 1/4 line of said
Section 28) a distance of 75.01'; thence S 00 °47'24 "W 25.00' on
the West R.O.W. of S.T.H. "65" to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the
parcel to be herein described; thence continue S 00 °47'24 "W
747.52' on the West R.O.W. of S.T.H. "65 "; thence N 88 °30'05 "W
319.90'; thence N 00 °47'24 "E 747.52'; Thence S 88 °30'05 "E
319.90' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 5.489 acres, being
subject to easements of record and also being subject to that
joint driveway easement as shown on this map for access to S.T.H.
"65".
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is
now rezoned from Commercial to Ag.- Residential.
