ET. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TWO
ORDINANCE NO. a . (30'y)
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
STANLEY CLAUSEN, with the following description:
A parcel of land located in the NE3 of the SW and in the NWT
of the SW; of Section 31, T28N -R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix
County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the S3 corner of Section 31; Thence N 88°39'06"W
along the south line of the ' SW/ a distance of 863.37'; Thence N
1 ° 23'42 "E 1315.70' to a point on the South line of the NE3 of the
SW3 of said Section 31, said point also being the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Thence N 88°36'00"W along the South line of the NE 3/4 of the SW3
and extending along the South line of the NWT of the SW3 703.00';
Thence N 1 °23'42 "E a distance of 1240.00'; Thence S 88 °36'00 "E
703.00'; Thence S 1 °23'42 "W 1240.00' to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Contains 20.01 acres subject to Ilwaco Road right -of -way over the
southerly 33' thereof. Also subject to any and all additional
easements, right -of -ways or conveyances of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agriculture to Agricultural istrict Two.
