ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.—RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 310 (1,1)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of DAVID
AND THERESE BENCK, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in the SE; of the SW; of Section 2,
T31N -R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further
described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 2; thence East
1337.16 feet along the South line of the SW; to the point of
beginning of this description; thence continuing East, 250.00 feet;
thence N00 ° 27' 26 "W along the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SW; of
said Section 2, 522.72 feet to the point of beginning.
Above described parcel contains 3.00 acres and is subject to
a Town Road easement and all other easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to -- Fre-_idon Tal. cMME .OY L.
