CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURAL TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. s 3 (\ WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of JULIE M. ATZMILLER, with the following legal description: A parcel of land located in part of the NE; of the NE; and in part of the NW; of the NE; all in Section 15, T3ON, R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of Section 15; thence S89 °59'49 "W, along the north line of the NE; of said section, 2339.54 feet; thence S00 °48'59 "E, 663.50 feet; thence N89 °58'57 "E, 2338.58 feet to the east line of the NE' of said section; thence N00 °58'57 "E, along said east line, 662.91 feet to the point of beginning. Contains 14.00 acres subject to and all easements, right -of -ways or Above described parcel is subject to: right -of -way for County Trunk Highway "I ", right -of -way for town road (60th Street) and all easements of record. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential. WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of DARYL JONES /DONALD ANDERSON, with the following legal description: That certain parcel of land located in part of the NE; of the NE; and the SE4 of the NE; of Section 21, Township 29 North, Range 18 West, Town of Warren, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, being a part of Lot 1 of that Certified Survey Map recorded in Vol. 9, Page 2641 of St. Croix County Certified Survey Maps, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the North ; corner of said Section 21, thence S 88 °57'57 "E (recorded bearing on the north line of the NE; of said Section 21) a distance of 1967.55'; thence S 00 °04'25 "E 778.73' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence N 89 °37'24 "E 647.56'; thence S 00 °01'01 "E 577.04'; thence S 89 °37'24 "W 646.99'; thence N 00 °04'25 "W 577.04' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 7.652 acres, being subject to easements of record.
