ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG.—RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. J 6.ki
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of DALE
SWENSON /ROGER JOHNSON, with the following legal description:
A parcel of land located in part of the NE; of the NW; of
Section 21, T31N, R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; further described as follows:
Commencing at the N ; corner of Section 21; thence N89 ° 59' 28 "W,
along the north line of the NW; of said section also being
centerline of 210th Avenue, 990.31 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continuing 89 °59'28 "W, along said north line and said
centerline, 316.79 feet; thence S00 °18'22 "E, along the west line of
the NE; of the NW', of said section, 538.95 feet; thence
S86 °29'12 "E, 317.49 feet; thence N00 °18'22 "W, 558.36 feet to the
point of beginning.
The above described parcel contains 3.99 Acres (173,805 Sq.
Ft.), is subject to right -of -way for town road (210th Avenue) and
all easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential.
