ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17
ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO AG.-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. a
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of KEN
AND BETTY SCHOETTLE, with the following legal description:
All of the North i of the NE; of Section 20, Township 28
North, Range 19 West, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the North 528.0' (32 rods) of the East 1650.0'
(100 rods) of said North i of the NE; also described as follows:
Commencing at the North ; corner of said Section 20, the POINT OF
BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence S
89 °56'04 "E (assumed bearing on the North line of the NE; of said
Section 20) a distance of 979.29'; thence S 01 °14'58 "W 528.00';
thence S 89 °56'04 "E 1650.00'; thence S 01 °14'58 "W 790.71' on the
East line of the NE; of said Section 20; thence N 89 °39'20W
2630.21' on the South line of the North z of the NE; of said
Section 20; thence N 01 °17'59 "E 1305.93' on the North /South ; line
of said Section 20, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 59.216
acres, being subject to and including easements of record and
including an easement for ingress and egress described as follows:
Easement description for ingress and egress:
The East 66.00' of the North 528.0' (32 rods) of the NE; of the NE;
of said Section 20;
Also,
An easement for ingress and egress, located in the SW; of the SW;
of Section 16, Township 28 North, Range 19 West, Town of Troy, St.
Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: A strip
of land 66.00' in width lying immediately North and West and
parallel to the following described line: Beginning at the SW
corner of said Section 16, Township 28 North, Range 19 West, thence
East on the South line of said Section 120.00'; thence N 42 °09'E
316.8'; thence N 65 °32'E 553.54' (recorded as 557') to the center
of the town road.
Description of easement for ingress and egress, to be obtained by
Ken Schoettle:
An easement of ingress and egress, located in the NW 1/2 of the NW 1/2 of
Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 19 West, Town of Troy, St.
Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 21, the POINT OF
BEGINNING, of said easement, thence East on the North line of said
Section 120.0'; thence Southwesterly to a point 66.0' South of the
POINT OF BEGINNING, thence North on the West line of the NW 1/2 of
said Section 21, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Ag.- Residential.
