ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 3 4 6 (*)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of JEFF
C. AND BRENDA K. LAUCK, with the following legal description:
Part of the S Z of the NEB of Section 5, T30N -R19W, Town of
Somerset, described as follow: Lot 4 of Certified Survey Map filed
November 29, 1983 in Vol. "5 ", Page 1373 (No.111); and
Part of the Sk of the NE; of Section 5, T30N -R19W, Town of
Somerset, described as follows: All that part of the Certified
Survey Map recorded in Vol. "5" of Certified Survey Maps on Page
1373, Doc. No. 389419 (No.111) which is located East of the
Southwest line of Lot 4 of said Certified Survey Map extended South
to the South line of said Certified Survey Map; and
Part of the S 2 of the NE; of Section 5, T30N -R19W, Town of
Somerset, described as follows: Commencing at the E; corner of
said Section 5 also being the point of beginning of this
description; thence S88 ° 25' 44 "W, along the south line of the NE 3/4 of
said section, 596.77 feet; thence N01 °32'17 "W, 460.67 feet; thence
N88 °03'12 "W, 704.40 feet; thence N01 °32'17 "W, 100.00 feet; thence
S88 °03'12 "E along the south line of Certified Survey Map, Vol. "5 ",
Page 1373 (No.111) and Vol. "4 ", Page 1200 (No.94), 919.36 feet;
thence N01 °57'53 "E, 39.01 feet; thence N88 °42'08 "E along the south
line of Certified Survey Map, Vol. "6 ", Page 1727 (No.177), 250.27
feet; thence N01 °17'52 "W along the east line of said Certified
Survey Map, 443.79 feet; thence N88 °42'08 "E, 132.00 feet; thence
S01 °17'52 "E, along the east line of the NE; of said Section 1028.38
feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT Commencing at the E; corner of said Section 5; thence
S88 °25'44 "W along the South line of the NE; of said Section, a
distance of 596.77 feet; thence N01 °32'17 "W a distance of 460.67
feet; thence N88 °03'12 "W a distance of 704.40 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence N01 °32'17 "W, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence
S88 °03'12 "E, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence S01 °32'17 "E a
distance of approximately 100.00 feet to a point which is
S88 °03'12 "E 100 feet from the Point of Beginning; thence
N88 °03'12 "W a distance of 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
and
All that part of the SW; of Section 4, T30N -R19W, Town of
Somerset, lying west of 50th Street; and
Together with an easement over the following described lands:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SE; of Section 5, T3ON-
R19W, the Point of Beginning for easement to be described; thence
Westerly along the quarter line 66 feet; thence Southeasterly to a
point on the East Section line that is 66 feet Southerly from the
Point of Beginning; thence Northerly along the Section line 66 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
The above - described parcels contain 12 acres and are subject
to town road easements and all other easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial.
