ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 34/ fr4,
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
WILDWOOD VIEWING /GERALD FALDE, with the following legal
description:
A parcel of land located in the NE; of the SE' of Section 35,
T28N -R16W, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 35; thence
North 00 °06'50 "E 1376.39 feet along the East line of the SE; of
Section 35 to the Point of Beginning; thence North 89 °53'10 "W
351.62'; thence North 01 °12'45" East 300.00 feet; thence South
89 °53'10" East 345.87 feet; thence South 00 °06'50" West 299.94 feet
along the East line of the SE; of Section 35 to the Point of
Beginning, containing 104,605 square feet (2.401 acres) more or
less, and being subject to all easements, restrictions and
covenants of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agricultural to Commercial.
