RESOLUTION APPOINTING
INITIAL COMMISSIONERS AND ) Resolution No. 54 '
COUNTY APPOINTED COMMISSIONER )
FOR THE BASS LAKE
REHABILITATION DISTRICT
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Board of Supervisors finds and concludes:
1. That the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors has created the
Bass Lake Rehabilitation District.
2. That the Land Conservation Committee has nominated Tom Dorsey
to serve on the Bass Lake Rehabilitation District Board of
Commissioners following the election of commissioners at the
first annual meeting.
3. That the Land Conservation Committee has determined that the
following individuals own property in the Bass Lake
Rehabilitation District, that at least of them resides in the
Bass Lake Rehabilitation District, and has recommended that they
be appointed to the Bass Lake Rehabilitation District Board of
Comissioners as initial commissioners to serve until the first
annual meeting of the Bass Lake Rehabilitation District:
Tom Bell, P.O. Box 69, New Richmond, Wisconsin 54017
John Eiring, Route 2, Box 315B, Somerset, Wisconsin 54025
Earl Balzer,
4. That the Land Conservation Committee has determined that the
Town of St. Joseph has the largest portion by valuation within
the Bass Lake Rehabilitation District.
RESOLUTION
IT IS, THEREFORE, RESOLVED THAT:
1. Pursuant to Section 33.27 and Section 33.28, Wisconsin
Statutes, the four individuals named above are appointed to the
Bass Lake Rehabilitation District Board of Commissioners under
the conditions noted above.
2. The clerk of the Town of St. Joseph be notified by copy of
this resolution that it shall appoint a member of its governing
body to serve on the Bass Lake Rehabilitation District Board of
Commissioners according to Section 33.27 and Section 33.28,
Wisconsin Statutes.
