EXECUTE DEED TO AMERICAN RESOURCE RECOVERY. O

WHEREAS, St. Croix County the owner of the following
described parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of th
Section 35 the NW 1/4 of
Township 31N, Range 18W, Town of Star Prairie, St.
Croix County, Wisconsin:
Lot 1, Certified Survey Map Recorded in Volume
6 , Page 1784, Document No. 423059, St. Croix
County Register of Deeds Office,
and
WHEREAS, the sale of said
parcel to American Resource
Recovery is required by the terms of Article 5, Design and
Construction Agreement by and between St. Croix County, Wisconsin
and American Resource Recovery, and
WHEREAS, the purchase price for said parcel, which
