WHEREAS, St. Croix County is the owner of certain land by
virtue of a Tax Deed dated August 23, 1985 in the amount of One
Thousand, Five Hundred, Seventy -four dollars and Twenty -four
cents ($1574.24) and recorded with the Register of Deeds for St.
Croix County, Wisconsin, in Volume 719, page 204, said land being
described as follows:
Village of Wilson: Parcel #34. Lot 5, Block 5, outlot plat.
and
WHEREAS, a sale of said property has been negotiated and
sold for Eight hundred, twenty -five dollars ($825.00) to James
Pickerign,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the County Clerk
for St. Croix County and the County Board Chairman are hereby
directed and authorized to execute a deed of said property from
St. Croix County to James Pickerign.
