RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED TO HENRY
NECHVILLE.

WHEREAS, St. Croix County presently holds title to certain
lands in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24- 29 -18; and
WHEREAS, said lands were purchased for highway and gravel
pit purposes more than 34 years ago; and
WHEREAS, the adjacent property owner, Henry Nechville, has
met with the St. Croix County Highway Committee regarding the
purchasing of 3.36 Acres of said real estate from St. Croix
County with the intention of using said property for a driveway
and access to certain tillable lands to the East; and
WHEREAS, the Highway Committee recommends to the County
Board that the Chairman and County Clerk be authorized to execute
a Quit Claim Deed from St. Croix County to Henry Nechville for
certain lands described in the attached Quit Claim Deed because
the Highway Committee deems that said property is no longer being
used for highway purposes and is, therefore, expendable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the Chairman and
County Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the original of the
attached Quit Claim Deed from St. Croix County to Henry
Nechville.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purchase price agreed upon
for said transaction is $200.00 per Acre at 3.36 Acres, for a
total price of $672.00.
