TO CHANGE DESIGNEE FOR CHILD SUPPORT OFFICE AND ESTABLISH
ADMINISTRATOR AS INDEPENDENT DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTING DIRECTLY
TO PUBLIC PROTECTION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the District Attorney of St. Croix County is presently
designated under Section 59.07(97) of the Wisconsin Statutes as
the county office supervising and administrating the Child
Support program; and
WHEREAS, in fact, said Child Support office has been acting
independent of the St. Croix County District Attorney and has
been working directly with the St. Croix County Judges; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that pursuant to Section 59.07(97)
of the Wisconsin Statutes that the Child Support office be and is
hereby established as an independent unit reporting directly to
the Public Protection Corrrnittee. and that the Chi Id Support
Administrator be established as a��^departme``nt head.
