ST. CROIX COUNTY NEWSPAPER.

WHEREAS, the County of St. Croix has observed the practice
of disclosure of actions of the County Board by publishing
reports of its proceedings in diverse newspapers of the County,
and
WHEREAS, the County of St. Croix expresses its desire to
continue to do so, and
WHEREAS, the County of St. Croix has deemed it desirable to
designate a newspaper pursuant to Chaptes 985.05(1), and 985.03
of the Wisconsin Statutes as its official newspaper, and
WHEREAS, the New Richmond News has been the official
newspaper for St. Croix County for the period April 1, 1984
through April 30, 1986, and
WHEREAS, the Hudson Star Observer has expressed a desire to
be the official newspaper for St. Croix County,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the Hudson Star
Observer, a newspaper published weekly at Hudson, Wisconsin, be
designated the Official Newspaper for St. Croix County for the
period May 1, 1986 through April 30, 1988.
