AID ALLOCATION.

WHEREAS, St. Croix County created a Human Services on March
11, 1986, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 46.23; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes 46.033(3) permits counties to
receive a single consolidated aid allocation from appropriations
under Section 20.435(4)(b) and (o); and
WHEREAS, a single consolidated aid allocation can improve
service coordination and effectiveness of a Human Services
Department,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors, meeting in special session, requests
authority from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social
Services to administer a single consolidated aid allocation,
effective January 1, 1987.
