WHEREAS, St. Croix County is the owner of certain land by
virtue of a Tax Deed dated January 27, 1986 in the amount of One
Thousand, One hundred, Fifty -one Dollars and Eighty -seven cents
($1,151.87) and recorded with the Register of Deeds for St. Croix
County, Wisconsin, in Volume 731, page 257, said land being
described as follows:
Village of Wilson: P112A, Section 35, T29N, R15W
1.27A SW NW, Lot 2 CSM Vol II, P506
and
WHEREAS, a sale of said property has been negotiated and
sold for One thousand and ten dollars ($1,010.00) to Jeanette
Colburn.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the County Clerk
for St. Croix County and the County Board Chairman are hereby
directed and authorized to execute a deed of said property from
St. Croix County to Jeanette Colburn.
