RESOLUTION Pl TO IMPLEMENT A COUNTY WIDE RECYCLING SYSTEM
WHEREAS , Stand jf . Croix County has adopted an Area Wide Solid Waste
Management
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has completed an economic feasibility
study for a waste -to- energy incineration system, and
WHEREAS, recycling is consistent with the Solid Waste Management
Plan as well as the findings of the economic feasibility study on incineration
NOW THEREFORE BE I1' RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors meeting in regular session that the Board approves the implementation
of a county -wide recycling system should such a project be determined
economically and technically feasible when used in conjunction with present
and projected solid waste management systems in the county.
