Resolution II
WHEREAS, ground water pollution has had a very detrimental
impact on residents in the Town of Hudson; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County is
without jurisdiction or resources to determine the cause of said
ground water pollution or abatement thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has
already conducted an investigation, which is on— going, and has
the jurisdiction and resources to abate the ground water
pollution or provide assistance to enable local residents to

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that t n

Resources far appropriate remedial action and alternatively to
provide all available financial assistance to residents of the
Town of Hudson afflicted with contaminated wells.
