Resolution II WHEREAS, ground water pollution has had a very detrimental impact on residents in the Town of Hudson; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County is without jurisdiction or resources to determine the cause of said ground water pollution or abatement thereof; and WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has already conducted an investigation, which is on— going, and has the jurisdiction and resources to abate the ground water pollution or provide assistance to enable local residents to obtain suitable water) 17141- 44$0.11—‘4411e SD.
