"June Dairy Month" in St. Croix County
WHEREAS, agriculture is St. Croix County's largest and most
important industry, and,
WHEREAS, agricultural sales amounted to $97 million in 1984,
and,
WHEREAS, the sale of dairy products amounts to 58% ($57 million)
of the total farm product sales, and,
WHEREAS, dairy products are wholesome and healthful foods,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that the month of June 1985 be proclaimed as "June
Dairy Month" in St. Croix County.
