ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM.
AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 33, 4 (
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of RUTH
MACCHIAROLI: with the following description:
A parcel of land located in the NE'. 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 32, T31N -R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix'. County,
Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 32, thence
S89 ° 52'09 "W, along the north line of the NW 1/4 a distance of '
460.06'; thence S0 ° 07'51 "E. 44.99' to a point on the southerly
right of way line of S.T.H. "64 ", said point being the point of
beginning: thence continuing SO ° 7'51 "E, 652.90'; thence S
89 ° 52'09 "W, 684.50'; thence N0 ° 07'51 "W, 651.47' to a point on the
southerly right of way of S.T.H. "64 "; thence N89 ° 45'00 "E, 684.50'
along said right of way line to the point 'of beginning. Contains
10.24 acres subject to any and all easements, right of ways,
restrictions or conveyances of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
