REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 3/
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of GARY
FEYEREISEN: with the following description:
A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 8, T28N -R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin;
further described as follows:
Commencing at the S 1/4 of said Section 8; thence N88 ° 32' 41 "E,
along the south line of the SE 1/4 of said section, 489.24 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continuing N88 ° 32'41 "E, along said
south line; 753.29 feet; thence NO3 ° 17'15 "W, 505.12 feet; thence
S89 ° 05'13 "W, 214.18 feet; thence S19 ° 20'44 "W, 456.43 feet; thence
N89 ° 38'59 "W, 280.00 feet to the point of curvature of a 233.00 foot
radius curve, concave southerly, whose central angle measures
28 ° 23'29 ", whose chord bears S76 ° 09'11.5 "W and measures 114.29
feet; thence westerly, along the arc of said curve, 115.47 feet to
the easterly right -of -way of the town road (Townsvalley Road) being
point on a 610.62 foot radius curve, concave westerly, whose
central angle measures 6 ° 42'11 ", whose chord bears S26 ° 50'20.5 "E
and measurers 71.40 feet; thence southerly, along the arc of said
curve and said right -of -way, 71.44 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel contains approx. 4.40 acres.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
