REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. Z ` S (C')
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; ' and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
SALISHAN PARTNERSHIP: with the following description:
A parcel of land located in Gov't Lots 1 and 2, of Section 13,
T28N -R2OW, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully -
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 13, thence
N89 ° 01'48 "W, along the North line of Gov't Lot 1, a distance of
704.68'; Thence S0 ° 00'00 "W, 1230.00 ' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing S0 ° 00' 00 "W, 1412.38' to a point on the South line
of Gov't Lot 2; Thence N89 ° 00'37 "W, along the South line of Gov't
Lot 2, a distance of 340.05'; Thence N0 ° 00'00 "E, 340.00' TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING. Parcel contains 11.00 acres subject to East
Cove Road right -of -way. Also subject to any additional easements,
rights -of -way or conveyances of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.-Residential.
