REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG. -RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 6/ 9 (3)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of GARY
COOK: with the following description:
The North 1650 feet of the West 1320 feet of the NW 1/4 of
Section 32, T31N -R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; Except the West 1056 feet of the South 1320 feet
thereof. Parcel contains 18 Acres more or less.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED b y t St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the p arcel is now
rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
