REZONING LAND FROM
AG RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. a91/ (9"3)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
RICHARD & MARLENE WALTON: with the following description:
Part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 25, T29N -R17W,
Town of Hammond, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of Section 25; thence SOUTH
1305.08 along the EAST line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 25;
thence N89 ° 23'22"W 33.00' to the SE Corner of Lot 3 of that
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP recorded in Volume 5, Page 1364, being the
point of beginning; thence continuing N89 ° 23'22 "W 215.00' along
said South line; thence NORTH 366.94' along the West line of said
Lot 3; thence EAST 215.00 along the North line of said Lot 3;
thence SOUTH 369.23' along the East line of said Lot 3 to the point
of beginning; also described as Certified Survey 1364; page 1364 of
Volume 5. Parcel contains 1.82 acres more or less.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now
rezoned from Ag. Residential to Commercial.
