CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 3 T (c3) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of RICHARD ULRICH: with the following description: This land is located in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, T31N -R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, To- wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 33, thence N 88 °58'05 "W along the section line 251.70'; thence N 12 °18'09 "W 231.50'; thence N 0 °34'01 "E 228.07'; thence N 35 °05'11 "E 135.80'; thence N 19 °45'38 "E 215.08'; thence N 38 °26'23 "E 238.00' to the East line of Section 33; thence South 958.76; to the point of beginning. Contains 4.853 acres of land subject to C.T.H. "K" right -of- way over the Southerly 60' and subject to Town road right -of -way over the Easterly 33' thereof. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
