REZONING LAND FROM
AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 5 " r
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has e the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Comm and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold publi h and present its
recommendations for rezonin requests t o the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St C roix County Planning and Developmen
Committ has fulfilled its dut ies regardin the petit of GARY
NAGY: with the following d escription:
A parcel of land located in part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Section 32, T31N -R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County
Wisconsin; further described as follows:
Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 32; Thence
N89 ° 50'4 6 " E along the North line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 32
a distance of 102.98'; Thence S0 ° 09'14 "E along t westerly line of
the Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 9 of Certified Survey
Maps, Page 2491 a distance of 404.44' to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence continuing S0 ° 09'14 " E along said l ine 150.00'; Thence
N89 ° 45'00 "E 564.00'; Thence N0 ° 09'14 "W 500.00' to the point on the
southerly right -of -way line of S.T.H "64 "; Thence 589 ° 45'00 "W
along said right -of -way line 150.00'; Thence S0 ° 09'14 "E 350.00';

THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. C County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, tha th e parcel is now
rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial.
