ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG. -2
ORDINANCE NO. 3:3;)•(5)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
ARNOLD VOLKERT, with the following description:
A parcel of land commencing at the Southwest corner of the
SE; of the SW; of Section 28, T31N -R17W; Thence North to the
Northerly right -of -way line of State Trunk Highway "64"
hereinafter known as the PLACE OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing
North for 1636.5'; Thence East for 547'; Thence South for
1636.5'; Thence West for 547' to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, Town of
Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is
now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag. -2.
