ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AG.— RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 36 (q
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of TOM
AND KELLY LEMIRE, with the following legal description:
That certain parcel of land located in the NEk of the NEk
and the SEk of the NE' of Section 30, T31N -R18W, Town of Star
Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as
follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 30; Thence S
00 °49'03 "E (assumed bearing on the E line of the NEk of said
Section 30) a distance of 796.13' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of
the parcel to be herein described; Thence continue on said line S
00 °49'03 "E 526.54'; Thence N 89 °41'58 "W 484.17'; Thence N
04 °05'26 "E 379.12'; Thence N 83 °17'20 "E 337.01'; Thence N
02 °44'39 "E 107.11'; Thence S 89 °41'58 "E 109.78' to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 4.610 acres, more or less, being subject to
easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is
now rezoned from Ag.- Residential to Commercial.
