REZONING LAND FROM
A -2 TO AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURE TO A -2
ORDINANCE NO. 3Q (r 3J
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining
to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
St. Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of STEVE
HALLEEN.
This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 313(92) by removing the
'following parcel (parcel 1) from Agriculture -2 and returning it to
Agriculture.
A parcel of land located in part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of Section 16, T31N -R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; being part of Lot 1 Certified Survey Map recorded in
Volume 9, Page 2528 at the St. Croix County Register of Deeds
office; further described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 16; thence
N90. °07'p0 "E, -along the north line of the NW 1/4 of said section,
1656%'97 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
N90 " 60';10 "E, along said north line, 389.03 feet; thence
S01 ° 22 4 '42 "E, along the east line of Lot 1 of said Certified Survey
Map recorded in Volume 9, Page 2528, 425.93 feet; thence
S90 ° 00'00 "W, along the south line of said Lot 1, 389.03 feet;
thence No1 "W, 425.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Parcel
contains 3.80 acres.
T1e following parcel (parcel 2) is added to the Agriculture -2
parcel created in Ordinance No. 313(92):
A parcel of land located in part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4
and in part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 16, T31N-
R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further
described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 16; thence
S01 ° 22' 42 "E, along the west line of the NW 1/4 of said section,
425.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
S01 ° 22'42 "E, along said west line, 100.00 feet; thence N90 ° 00'00 "E,
1656.97 feet; thence N01 ° 22'42 "W, 100.00 feet to the south line of
Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 9, Page 2528 at
the St. Croix County Register of Deeds office; thence S90 ° 00'00 "W,
along said south line, 1656.97 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Parcel contains 3.80 acres.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the Parcel 1 is now
rezoned from A -2 to Agriculture and Parcel 2 is rezoned from
Agriculture to Ag. -2.
