CROIX COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 17 - ZONING - SECTION 17.72 REZONING AMENDMENTS - CORRECTION OF LEGAL DESCRIPTION 1 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance No. 2 668(2004) - Amendments to St. Croix County Code of Ordinances Land Use and Development 3 Chapter 17 Zoning, Section 17.72 Rezoning Amendments on December 14, 2004 (attached); and 4 5 WHEREAS, it was later discovered that the general property description in the fifth 6 "Whereas" of the ordinance did not contain one of the Quarter Sections (the NW Quarter section 7 was missing in the description), but was included and was described accurately in the attached 8 legal description for the property resulting in a scrivener's error in Ordinance No. 668(2004). 9 10 THEREFORE, the general property description in the fifth "Whereas" paragraph of 11 Ordinance No. 668(2004) shall be voided and replaced with the following general description of 12 the property which is hereby rezoned from Agricultural to Agricultural Residential: 13 14 266.5+/- acres in the NW 1/4, NE'/4 and the SE 1/4 , Section 17, T28N-R19W, Town of 15 Troy. 16 17 FURTHER, the St. Croix County Clerk will attach a certified copy of this ordinance to 18 Ordinance No. 668(2004) and mail a certified copy to the proper Town Clerk.
