ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG.— RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. , ,:) r
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St.
Croix County Planning and Development Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Development
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
STEPHEN SKOGLUND, with the following description:
That certain parcel of land located in part of the NE; of
the NW; and in part of the SEA of the NW;, all in Section 24,
T3ON -R2OW, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more
fully described as follows:
Commencing at the N; corner of said Section 24, thence S
00 °16'03 "W, along the north -south ; line of said Section, 45.75
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S 00 °16'03 "W,
along said north -south ; line, 1141.69 feet; thence S 89 °35'57 "W,
600.00; thence S 00 °16'03 "W, 1452.00 feet to the south line of
the NW; of said Section; thence S 89 °35'57 "W, along said south
line, 695.33 feet; thence N 00 °08'48 "E, along the west line of
the SE; of the NW; of said Section, 1220.89 feet to the
centerline of State Trunk Highway "35" and "64 "; thence N
43 °20'46 "E, along said centerline, 1900.16 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Parcel contains 36.79 acres (1,602,629 square feet).
Above described parcel is subject to right -of -way for State
Trunk Highway "35" and "64" and all easements of record.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is
now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
