REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag. Residential
ORDINANCE NO. 5 0 (9 a--,
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of LARRIE
QUAM; with the following description:
That certain parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of Section 12, T30N -R17W, Town of Erin Prairie, St. Croix
County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 12, the
POINT OF BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence S
00 ° 01'01 "W (assumed bearing on the North /South 1/4 line of said
Section 12) a distance of 360.31'; thence N 84 ° 48'20 "W 197.38';
thence N 03 ° 55'28 "E 346.37 "; thence S 88 ° 57'59 "E 173.00' on the
North line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 12, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 1.500 acres, being subject to easement over
the Northerly 33.00' thereof for town road purposes and also being
subject to easements of record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel is
rezoned from Agriculture to Ag. Residential.
