REZONING LAND FROM
Ag- Residential to Residential
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. a e (f a_)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
STAR PRAIRIE COVENANT CHURCH; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Ag- Residential to Residential:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 13, T31N -R18W,
Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further
described as follows: Commencing at the SE Corner of said
Section 13, said corner also being the point of beginning of this
description; thence N90 ° 00'00 "W, along the south line of the SE
1/4 517.06 feet; thence N00 ° 52'23 "W, 590.07 feet; thence
S90 "E, 517.06 feet; thence S00 ° 52'23 "E, along the east line
of the SE 1/4, 590.07 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
7.00 acres. Above described parcel is subject to right -of -way
for 210th Ave. and State Trunk Highway "65" and all easements of
record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ST. CROIX COUNTY BOARD
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Ag.- Residential to Residential is
hereby. approved.
