REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag.- Residential
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. 5 -6'0. l J
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
JAMES WOODRUFF; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential:
Part of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, T28N -R19W
described as follows:
Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of said Section 7; thence
S89 ° 15'56 "E 712.52 feet along the south line of said SE 1/4;
thence N01 ° 04'40 "W 925.14 feet along the east line of Certified
Survey Map volume 3, page 760 (No. 11) to the point of beginning
of this description; thence continuing N01 ° 04'40 "W along said
line, 394.03 feet; thence S89 ° 21'15 "E 1166.71 feet along the
north line of said S 1/2 of the SE 1/4; thence S01 ° 00'51 "E 779.02
feet along the west line of the plat of South Fork Addition;
thence N89 ° 15'56 "W 205.46 feet; thence S00 ° 44'04 "W 220.00 feet;
thence N89 ° 15'56 "W 651.55 feet along the north right -of -way of
the Town Road; thence N10 ° 32'00 "W 610.99 feet; thence N88 ° 11'00 "W
201.67 feet to the point of beginning containing approx. 22.19
acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ST. CROIX COUNTY BOARD
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Agriculture to Ag. Residential is
hereby approved.
