REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag.- Residential
ORDINANCE NO. 97 Oa)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
GERALD & ANN JENSEN; with the following description:
That certain parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of Section 23, T28N -R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 23;
Thence N o ° 00' 00 "E along the east line of the NE 1/4 a distance
of 1309.63' to the northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4;
Thence N89 ° 10' 38 "W along the north line of the SE 1/4 of the NE
1/4 a distance of 600.97' to the point of beginning; Thence
S2 ° 42'11 "W 486.44'; thence N84 ° 23'42 "W 679.62' to a point on the
west line of SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence S89 ° 10'38 "E 698.92' to
the point of beginning. Parcel contain 7.24 acres subject to
Chapman Dr. right -of -way. Also subject to any and all easements,
rights -of -way and conveyances of record. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in
regular session, that the above parcel is rezoned from
Agriculture to Ag. Residential. ii��
