REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag.- Residential
ORDINANCE NO. C / ' n p 6'.-
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
MICHAEL & SUSAN RILEY; with the following description:
That certain parcel of land located in the Northwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 17, T3ON -R17W, town of Erin Prairie
further described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast
corner of said Section 17; thence East along the North line of
said Section 17, 300 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing East along said North line to the Northwest corner of
said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of NW 1/4) of
said Section 17; thence South along the East line of said
Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of NW 1/4) of said
Section 17, 800 feet; thence West, at right angles to said East
line, to a point 300 feet East of the West line of said Northwest
Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of NW 1/4); thence North,
parallel with and 300 feet East of the West line of said
Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of NW 1/4), 880
feet to said North line of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter
(NW 1/4 of NW 1/4) and the point of beginning. This parcel
contains 20.6 acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the above parcel
is rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
