REZONING LAND FROM
Agriculture to Ag.- Residential
APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
MARK & CYNTHIA DUENOW; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee recommends approval of the request to rezone the
following parcel from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential:
A tract of land in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 14,
T28N -R19W and of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 23, T28N -R19W,
Town of Troy, described as follows:
Commencing at a monument on the SW corner of Section 14;
thence South 88 ° 30' East 202.11 feet on the Section line to the
center line of State Trunk Highway 35; thence South 34 ° 18' East
881.54 feet along the center line of State Trunk Highway 35;
thence North 87 ° 27'20" East 64.68 feet to the Easterly right -of-
way of State Trunk Highway 35, THE POINT OF BEGINNING to the
tract to be described; thence continuing North 87 ° 27'20" East
543.06 feet to the East forty line; thence North 00 ° 32'20" East
899.11 feet along the East forty line; thence North 89 ° 02'20"
West 1194.56 feet to the Easterly right -of -way line of State
Trunk Highway 35; thence South 34 ° 18' East 1141.73 feet along
the Easterly right -of -way line of State Trunk Highway 35 to THE
POINT OF BEGINNING. Area contains 18.38 acres, more or less.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ST. CROIX COUNTY Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the request to
rezone the above parcel from Agriculture to Ag. Residential is
hereby approved.
