REZONING LAND FROM
Exclusive Agriculture to Ag. Residential

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its
recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties regarding the petition of
PATRICK O'MALLEY; with the following description:
That certain parcel of land located in Section 26, T28N-
R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix Co., wisconsin, more fully
described as follows:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4
of the northeast 1/4 of said Section 26. EXCEPTING therefrom
those land described in Certified Survey Map recorded as Document
Number 44086 in volume 8 on Page 2112 of Certified Surveys. This
parcel containing 70 acres more or less. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in
regular session, that the above parcel is rezoned from Exclusive
Ag. to Ag.- Residential. �l
